"Reliable & Professional!"

In the 7 years of being a home owner G2 was the 3rd company I had to try. Thank God for a honest, reliable, professional company. I feel like Gary is family working on my AC/heating unit. That family member that will do what's best, and what they can with what I can work with. I've never felt taken advantage of. G2 is the only company I will ever recommend or use for my personal needs.

We have used G2 in the past and we were not disappointed to use again at our new house. We had no heat or AC, Gary and Mike worked thru 3 different problems to get our unit running properly. These guys respected us, our house and our time they kept us informed throughout the process and worked diligently to complete in a reasonable amount of time.

Brian Grant was the tech that came to our home to fix our unit. He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable as he systematically diagnosed the issues we were having. He gave very clear explanations for each step of his process and made sure we had a sound plan to address the cause of the problem this week. Mike came out really quickly right as the sun was going down to help us with our heating needs. Our HVAC unit was not blowing at all and he diagnosed it very quickly. I appreciate the thorough communication from G2 AC & Heat. They notified me by email about a week before my maintenance appointment. I had a question so I called and chatted with Julio who was extremely customer-service oriented. I am in a similar role so I feel I have a high standard for how customers should be treated. My question was made a priority and was relayed to the service technician, George, who promptly called me the same day and answered my question. He made me feel my AC & heating safety was important to him and his team. He also made me feel safe and comfortable with him entering my home while I was at work to complete his tasks. I am a tenant to the property I live in, but this did not matter to G2 AC & Heat...The communication, customer service, and maintenance were handled as though I was the payor, not just a tenant. Thank you!

Let's start with #Lifesaver! Our house stopped cooling JUST before showings. I called MULTIPLE businesses to come assess. Many I did not receive a call back, and others had a 3-4 day period before they could work us in. Mike was able to come see me the next morning before showing to get us working again! Very friendly, very professional, and a kind and giving human being! He was up front and honest. Integrity is invaluable; they are the company to call and support! Will definitely call will any future needs.
